Scaling is often found in the use of vacuum pump unit. The scaling of vacuum pump unit is caused by the influence of water quality and operating temperature. In the face of this phenomenon, we should carry out scaling treatment in time. Here are the measures to prevent scaling of vacuum pump unit. 1、 Wash the pump body of vacuum pump unit regularly The pump body drainage gate valve can be used to drain the accumulated water in the pump normally. During operation, the water pressure of the pump body can be used to wash the dirt and water slag in the pump regularly. On the one hand, it can prevent the dirt from accumulating, on the other hand, it can also prevent the water slag from converting into scale, resulting in the scaling of the vacuum pump unit. 2、 Hardness of circulating cooling water 1. Most of the circulating water systems are open circulating systems with high return rate. 2. When ion exchange equipment is not used for water treatment, a water storage tank and a high-level water tank are generally used to supply water to the unit. Managing the water quality according to the water quality standard of hot water boiler can prevent scaling and corrosion of vacuum pump unit. 3、 Temperature control of circulating cooling water 1. The difference between the water temperature in the vacuum unit and the water temperature in the storage tank is an important factor leading to scaling. Therefore, during the operation of circulating cooling water, the return water temperature and return water volume of the pump shall be monitored to ensure that the normal water supply and return water temperature of each pump shall not exceed 40 ℃. 2. The water supply can be controlled by valves. If the return water temperature exceeds the regulations, supplement low-temperature cold water or use other cooling methods to reduce the temperature of the water in the water storage. Increasing the circulating water supply and improving the cooling effect is an important guarantee to limit the scaling speed of the vacuum pump unit.
